Red wine spaghetti sauce with muscles on a bed of spaghetti

garden salad with lemon juice grape seed oil vinaigrette

mind u, i was so high while cooking this, the muscles were begging me not to cook them to death and turn them into a delicious mound of lovely seafood spaghetti

ive made sum nice combos before too, fried clams with hot peppers and a lil bit of ricotta cheese, oh man

smoked oyster spaghetti is dope too

I love clams and oysters. I might have to try mussels again one day. I took Oceanography in 8th grade and the teacher had us try raw mussels....haven't touched them since.

MacRyzle, I'm the kind of guy passionate enough about cooking that I'd love to have the money to spend on the high-society side of cuisine, but I think the general vibe of this thread is food that we cook for ourselves, and less so on how we choose to eat when we go out.

All of that looks really good, but you've gone too highbrow for the Siccness.

I feel you. I got carried away with the "This is how I eat" title. No more restaurant pics then only home cooking.
