EVEN THOUGH ODOM GOT HURT LAST NIGHT IN HOUSTON...GIVE IT UP THEY HAVE ROLLED THROUGH THE CLIPPERS TWICE, SAN ANTONIO, HOUSTON, AND PHOENIX JUST TO NAME A FEW.
ANDREW BYNUM HAS IMPROVED BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS, KWAME IS FINALLY COMING AROUND, KOBE IS KOBE, ODOM BALLING LIKE USUAL, LUKE WALTON IS LOOKING SICK AS FUCK, SMUSH GETTING SOME GOOD MINUTES IN... NOT TOO MENTION FARMAR AND EVANS LOOKING GOOD.
I KNOW IT'S STILL EARLY IN THE SEASON, BUT THAT JUST MEANS WE HAVE MORE TIME TO GEL AND GET OUR SHIT STRAIGHT, THEY ARE A YOUNG TEAM STILL GOING THROUGH GROWING PAINS. MAVERICKS ARE NEXT...
POSSIBLE CHAMPIONSHIP RUN???
HATE ALL YOU WANT BUT DID ANYBODY ACTUALLY THINK THE LAKERS WERE GONNA DWELL IN THE BASEMENT FOR MORE THAN A YEAR OR TWO??
SORRY KINGS AND WARRIOR FANS YOU GUYS GOTTA TAKE A BACK SEAT TO THE LAKERS AGAIN THIS YEAR.
HOLLA MOTHERFUCKERS.

You guys have played how many home games? 15? 16? and what, 5 away games? How many teams with winning records have yall beat? 5! And they were all home games.
lmao@championship run
There's 62 more games left. Lakers havent proven shit cept the fact that they've had an early season schedule softer than a baby's ass. They'll get into the playoffs with a 5th or 6th seed and lose in the first round.

TELL ME PHX YOU THOUGHT THE LAKERS WERE GONNA LOSE TO THE SUNS!!! CAUSE YOU KNOW THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO HAVE THIS RECORD AND YOU KNOW THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO BEAT THE SUNS.
YEAH IT IS EARLY IN THE SEASON BUT THATS THE SCARY PART... PHIL JACKSONS TEAMS USUALLY START SLOW...THIS SQUAD HASNT STARTED OFF SLOW AT ALL. WELL WE GOT THE FIRST ROAD GAME IN THE BOOKS...
SO WE'LL SEE HOW THEY DO AGAINST THE MAVS...
BUT YOU CANT SAY THEY DIDNT LOOK GOOD AGAINST THE SPURS, SUNS, AND ROCKETS...

What, the first game? Well, yeah.. We were up by like 26 points at one point I believe. Then the Suns started playing like some pussies. No defense.

Yeah, could be scary going both ways. Like I said, their schedule early in the season has been a breeze. Yeah, they could start gelling better now, or they could start deteriorating. Shit you can say that about ANY team in the league. I'd be a little nervous if I were a Laker fan. Id be thinkin 'shit, we just lost our second best player for at least a month and got a rough schedule ahead. Our bench is as shallow as a spa and our division rival is on the tear of the century, getting ready to leave us choking in their dust.'

They're playing good now, yeah.. but they could fall off just as easily as they've played well early in the season. Same with the Suns... but uh.. Im not thinkin thats gonna happen. Suns are firing on all cylinders and arent slowing down.

Tonight will be 12 in a row..

THATS WHAT I LOVE ABOUT COMPETITION CAUSE IT ALL HAS TO BE PLAYED OUT REGARDLESS. BUT SHALLOW BENCH??? WE GOT ONE OF THE HOTTEST YOUNGEST BENCHES IN THE NBA. WITHOUT THEM WE WOULD HAVE BEEN SHIT...RADMANOVIC IS BARELY GETTING HIS GROOVE COMING OFF THE BENCH...COOK IS BARELY GETTING IN SHAPE...FARMAR HAS BEEN PLAYING GOOD... SAME WITH EVANS AND TURIAF....NOT TOO MENTION BYNUM...WHO HAS TO BE THE BIGGEST SUPRISE THIS YEAR. THAT KID IS GOING TO BE A BEAST WHEN HE'S FULLY GROWN...AS LONG AS HE STAYS INJURY FREE.
BUT I DONT THINK ODOM WILL BE OUT THAT LONG.

THE SCHEDULE HAS ONLY BEEN IN THEIR FAVOR BECAUSE IT'S MOSTLY HOME GAMES BUT JAZZ, SUNS, SPURS, CLIPPERS, ROCKETS ARE SOME FORMIDABLE OPPONENTS. SO IT HASNT BEEN THAT EASY.

they'll find out soon enough...all the critics at the beginning of the year said they weren't gonna do much at all. now they start to win, beating the supposed "elite" teams and they say it's because they had so many home games. they'll see though

Laker haters will always be just that. Even when we had the dynasty crackin' in the early 2000's the haters were makin' excuses.

To quote Katt Williams: If you gettin' hated on then it means you must be doin' something right.

Kobe has gone into his own Level, that's what, Almost Jordan Like, which I hate to admit. No one is comparable to Jordan, only Kobe in a slight Since. When all said and done, Kobe and Lebron will either be a slight lower to Jordan's Legacy, Equal or Above, it's just how us fans and media will view things.
