dammit.now i wanna hear that prince paul album. but other than sticky fingers i gotta say "P.E-it takes a millions" because of the random samples mixed together sounded like beautiful orchestrated noise.the only album that came close to sounding like that was Ice Cubes AMW.

Decent album but how is it original?

it takes alot of inspiration from the wu, but nothing sounds quite like it.. i wouldnt label it the most "original" @ all, for that reason.. but definitely far beyond "decent"

NaS' Illmatic will most likely be my all time favorite album to come out of the east coast. it just hits home personally for me everytime i listen to it and brings me back to better days. i think thats what good music should do for a person and nothing does it better than that album.
