yeah shemp can just tak any head and shoulders shot and make it look like a master piece,...not all of us can,...so what tell everyone,.....

try to use images to tell a stroy or at lease the tittle with out looking at the fonts

any tips on how to get that cartoonish look on your pics..and I dont mean the vector looking image like in that ice cube tutorial a couple posts back...I'm talken bout, it has a realistic look to it but a slight cartoonish look at the same time. any help, any directions I can be pointed in, any tips??

That style isn't Shemps. Someone posted about Sacha Waldman a few days back. http://www.sachawaldman.com/ . Not hating or anything, but after seeing a few other artists with this same technique, I don't think shemp made up this style.

Don't mean to come off like I just want to replicate somebody elses work..nuthen like that....I'm just tryen to figure out how to get a look like that...and the Lost Boyz...cover is kind of what I'm talking bout...but with slightly more of an animated look or sumthin.....

I know only one very simple way, gaussion blur the photo and the fade gaussian blur... and choose darken!
