for the Detroit Pistons

and

the San Antonio Spurs

two of the most consistent contenders for championships each season this decade, both of their squads out in the first round. It should be good watching each of them rebuild.

Discuss.

Spurs will be back, the Pistons not so much, they need to go into serious rebuilding. I knew getting rid of Billups was not the answer and should never of happened, i was pissed when it happened. He was the glue to that offense and i hate the Pistons lol.

yea it is safe to say its over, they both had great runs so both squad cant be upset... the pistons just dont seem like they were hungry anymore, and without billups it hurt them, he was more on an acset then i think they thought...

personally i hate the spurs cuzz it seemed every year they took out my suns... so i could care less, duncan could get paralyzed and parkers wife could be cheating on him for all i care lol....

you gotta love the new teams and new players geting the lime light, to me the nba was geting stale with the pistons and spurs winning every year, shit was geting predictable and both team lets be honest were boring as fuck to watch

more than the bulls won in the last decade. haha. i hate both the pistons and spurs but they have been the most consistent teams in the last 10 years. pistons always made it to the confrence finals. theyre just getting old.

i don't have a favorite basketball team, but the pistons are cool to me based on the fact that they beat the faggots in 1989 and 2004.

i'm actually looking for a chauncey billups jersey, and i'm gonna stitch "lk" for laker killer where the captain "c" patch should be.

i don't really care for the spurs, but they're somewhat cool for eliminating the faggots in 2003.

and before i forget...

I hope someone knocks out the Lakers. The Blazers will probably be uyp there for awhile along with the Nugs & Hornets. Dallas is on the decline as well hopefully Sacramento can get back in there soon

Oooh weee 1-0 in titles the last decade, what about overall homie!! We dont live in the past mane!! The Piston aint nuthin special, accept they been a good ball club over the last sumthin years with only "A" title to show for it!! The Spurs on the other hand have like 3 or 4 (cant remember) but are somewhat of a dynasty! 2 diff situationa mane and they dont belong together!! Got Em!!

We just looked out of it AND OLD! The Ginobili loss @ the end of the season really hurt our playoff chances dramatically and our defense was weak sauce, really out of sync..... Can't discredit the Mavs tho, they out hustled us and played superb!

Spurs will contend for another 2 years maybe. DUncan is done in 2012 and Pop said hes out when Duncan goes. The whole thing depends if Manu can recover and be back to his old self. Parker is in his prime a top PG and the number 1 scoring PG. Duncan put up all star numbers in the playoffs when he got his minutes. The rest of the team needs to go except Gooden, Hill and Mason.

Detroit has always been one of my favorite teams cuz they were like the SPurs as far as just takin care of business and none of this extracurricular shit for the media. The organization cant be disapppointed cuz Dumars knew he was throwin away the season gettin rid of Chauncey. The rest of the starters threw it in too but only becuase of management. They are truly gonna be rebuilding. But at least they have a number of promising young players. Stuckey, Bynum, Maxiel are all gonna be top notch soon.
