The East Coast Sports Bias

Does it ever bother you that the East coast gives a shit about west coast Sports, mainly baseball, but they only focus on big teams, or contending teams. In the east, they always speak on a rebuilding team, when and then never comment the west!

Same thing in hockey. West teams often don't get recognition from the sports writers (most that live in the east coast) due to the games being at 7:30 and after press time on the east coast.

It's cuz the "Media Capital" is New York, and it doesn't matter when a West Coast team wins it looks good. Probably the only teams that have gotten alot of media attention recently are the Lakers (one of the most storied NBA franchises) and the USC Trojans. Anyone else doesn't really get jack from the Media.
