I was just thinkin about this when I was sweatin it out at work today.
At one point in time when I was lookin for a cool ass solid job I ended up at LG workin as a phone operator for the cell phone testers.
I would answer anywhere between 1 to 4 lines simutaneously up to 45 minutes at a time with 2 hour breaks in between.......and we would test anywhere between 2 and 3 times a day.......
Just picture the "can you hear me now?" guy. But we did it in real life.
The room we were in..(it was a max of 4 people at any given time) was air conditioned to the max, we were allowed to have food, reading material, PSPs' and take naps!
It was $12hr and was considered p/t but it varied.
Then there was the driver position which payed $13hr and you drove the testers around on specific routes.....
I liked that too because I like drivin and every single time LG would rent a brand new 2000 and sumthin car or SUV or van....
That was a grraaaavvvyyyyy ass job!
