Ive been following the Mets thsi year beacause of all the talk of how Art Howe was takin them to the promise land...Art Howe is an AL manager always will be...those of us who follow baseball closely seen that here with his tenure at OAK...he has no concept of how to play hardnose baseball....he plays for the longball....and he doesnt have the the pitching staff in NY to get that done...i wonder if he even knows how to do a double switch...you got guys in the clubhouse gettin tapers while the game is goin on...Benitez shits the bed everytime he gets in the game...Mo Vaughn is a terrible fat player nowadays....how long will New Yorkers take it??

I admit I was one of the fools who thought NYM was actually gonna be good this year. Adding Howe, Glavine, and Floyd to a team already loaded wit Leiter, Benitez, Alomar, Burnitz, Vaughn, and Piazza should've equaled success. But too bad for New Yorkers all the guys I mentioned cept for Piazza and Glavine are playin like shit.

Yea my Mets are playin like shit forreal!! It sucks because i think they have the talent, but maybe Howe aint the guy to put it together! But suckwit it, u are wrong because Glavine & Piazza arent the only ones that are doin good, Leiter & Floyd are doin tight to!! And as for Benitez, yes he blew 4 saves early but now he has like 12 or 13 saves and thats 2nd in the majors, so he is doin tight his self after a slow start!! But still the overall team is doin weak, and we cant win the close ballgames!! Luckily its a long season, and maybe we can turn this thing around. They are talkin about a trade involving Alomar for Vina, I would luv that, but lets see if it goes down!! GOT EM!!!
