.... and Rosie O'Donnell is my lesbian lover :lick::lick::lick::lick:

Thoughts after 5 full listens:

CD1

01. Dr. Frazier's Office (Intro Skit) 01:21 - Funny... a fitting start to the album
02. Like Yeah 04:19 - Fuckin great song, if you ask me I'd make this the first video.... 8.5/10
03. Wheaties (Feat. Shawnna) 04:09 - Decent... good track to bump in the ride, not a favorite tho... 7/10
04. Everybody Move 03:38 - Officially sick of this track.... 5/10
05. Get The Fuck Outta Here (Feat. The Popper & Paul Wall) 04:28 - Another one that's decent but not a favorite.... guest spots are just average... 6.5/10
06. The Waitress 04:09 - Eh... another one that's decent... I could see it developing into a skipped track for me tho... still pretty funny.. 6/10
07. Crybaby 04:36 - One of my favorites... my kids love it too, lol... 9/10
08. Shit Is Real 03:43 - Sorry Matic, it's not all your fault, but I cant STAND this track... it comes off sloppy, loud, and just flat-out annoying to me... 3/10
09. Blackboy (Feat. Brother J, Ice Cube & Krizz Kaliko) 04:46 - Lovin the beat, and everybody came correct... did we really need more of that played out shit from Kaliko at the end tho? Oh well... 7.5/10
10. Pillow Talkin' (Feat. Scarface) 03:43 - It's aiight... the beat reminds me of another Tech track, cant think of it... I thought 'Face was lazy on this shit tho, his verse fails to hold my attention, and the hook is just boring... 6/10
11. Pain A Dark Picture (Feat. Dirtball) 04:39 - Awesome track, great hook, beat, and two solid verses... wish there was a second Tech verse instead of all the talking from Mr. Darkness at the beginning and end tho... 9/10
12. Hope For A Higher Power 05:57 - Tech's best, most well-rounded track released to date... 10/10
13. Worst Case Scenario (Skit) 01:51 - blah
14. Psycho Bitch II (Feat. Liquid Assassin) 05:48 - Why the fuck is there a full minute of that annoying bitch at the start of this track? should've been kept in the skit... aside from that, great track... 8/10
15. Poisonous (Feat. Liz Suwandi) 02:42 - My wife likes this track... me, not so much... 6/10
16. Too Much (Feat. Kutt Calhoun) 03:03 - Good way to end the first disc, could've used another Tech verse tho... 7/10

CD2

01. I Love You But Fuck You 05:23 - Solid, seemingly well thought out track.... 7/10
02. One Good Time 04:29 - Wasn't sure about this one at first, but it's grown on me some... good shit... 8/10
03. Drill Team (Feat. Snug Brim, Bg Bulletwound & Krizz Kaliko) 05:16 - I'd rather drill into my skull... 3/10
04. Beat You Up (Feat. Lebowski, The Weapon) 05:13 - average... Big Scoob? come on :( .... 5/10
05. Lets Go (Feat. Kutt Calhoun & Mista Fab) 03:25 - decent at best... 5.5/10
06. Why You Aint Call Me 04:31 - Another one of his "whiny" tracks as some put it... whatever.... I like it... 7.5/10
07. Seven Words (Feat. Skatterman & Krizz Kaliko) 04:53 - LOL... good shit... 7.5/10
08. The Sexorcist (Infomercial) (Feat. Krizz Kaliko) 03:40 - ehhhhhhh... all Killer no Filler? I beg to differ, unfortunately
09. Killa Call (Skit) 00:32 - wtf? come on Tech
10. Enjoy (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Bosko) 04:05 - fallin off now... 5.5/10
11. Elbow Macaroni (Skit) 01:30 - Jesus Christ, 10 minutes straight of filler!
12. I Am Everything (Feat. Hed P.E. & Kottonmouth Kings) 03:35 - :::yawn::: 5/10
13. Happy Ending 04:44 - Finally, a decent track... I thought I was gonna fall asleep the past 15 minutes... 7.5/10
14. Cant Shake It (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Robert Rebeck) 03:38 - another one that's aiight... 6.5/10
15. Holier Than Thou (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Strange Lane Choir) 05:23 - I liked this one... 7.5/10
16. Last Words 04:14 - was hoping for more from this, like some epic shit... but it's not... still solid for ending the album tho... 7/10

so yeah... that makes, if my math is correct, 20 tracks that are AT LEAST solid & listenable... probably 6 tracks that I could see myself bumpin regularly in the years to come... 2 tracks that are just awful... and maybe 5 more that are just average or below average and are probably going to be skipped by me most of the time...

20 decent tracks... not bad at all... could it have been better? yes... is it all killer no filler? fuck no... is it buyable? damn straight

I'll be posting my full thought out review on Amazon on 7/1... maybe by then a couple more tracks will grow on me enough to earn a full 4 outta 5 for the album.

:siccness:

As much as I don't agree with the posts shittin all over this album, I can kinda see the point about Tech not showing as much emotion on a few tracks... there were a couple where he was basically just talking over a beat.. but at the same time there were more where he showed plenty of emotion and ripped the beat to shreds... so it's whatever...

it's 27 tracks, I was fully expecting filler... not even including the skits... and also I've listened to the tracks on disc 1 prolly 10 times cuz it holds my interest so much more than disc 2 as of right now... that's what I'm hopin will grow on me, some of the tracks on there that I gave lesser ratings to...

The only review I'm doing:

CD1

01. Dr. Frazier's Office (Intro Skit) 01:21 - I'm not gonna judge skits.
02. Like Yeah 04:19 - Average Tech song. Didn't live up to the hype I gave it from the sampler. 7/10
03. Wheaties (Feat. Shawnna) 04:09 - Good shit. Tech & Shawnna killed it! 8/10
04. Everybody Move 03:38 - Tired of this song and it doesn't fit in with the album. 4.5/10
05. Get The Fuck Outta Here (Feat. The Popper & Paul Wall) 04:28 - Average. Paul sucked. Popper was ok. Tech was ok. 5/10
06. The Waitress 04:09 - Great track. Definitely single material. 8/10
07. Crybaby 04:36 - Pretty good. 8.5/10
08. Shit Is Real 03:43 - Better than I thought it'd be. The Mr. Stinky shit is pointless and the chorus gets annoying. But it's a cool melody. 7/10
09. Blackboy (Feat. Brother J, Ice Cube & Krizz Kaliko) 04:46 - They all ripped it. But the song doesn't really appeal to me cause I'm white. Haha. 7/10
10. Pillow Talkin' (Feat. Scarface) 03:43 - It's ok. Scarface is too simple to be on a song with Tech. 6.5/10
11. Pain A Dark Picture (Feat. Dirtball) 04:39 - Sick track. Dirtball delivered on this. 9/10
12. Hope For A Higher Power 05:57 - Great concept that I can relate to. Except for the ammo shit. 9/10
13. Worst Case Scenario (Skit) 01:51 -
14. Psycho Bitch II (Feat. Liquid Assassin) 05:48 - LA ruins it for me. Would've been a lot better if it was a Tech solo. 6.5/10
15. Poisonous (Feat. Liz Suwandi) 02:42 - It's average. 5.5/10
16. Too Much (Feat. Kutt Calhoun) 03:03 - Good song. But way too short. 7/10

CD2

01. I Love You But Fuck You 05:23 - Love this song. He lets out a lot of shit. 8/10
02. One Good Time 04:29 - Great song. The singing is great. 9.5/10
03. Drill Team (Feat. Snug Brim, Bg Bulletwound & Krizz Kaliko) 05:16 - It's ok. I liked BG being on a Tech album. 6/10
04. Beat You Up (Feat. Lebowski, The Weapon) 05:13 - This song let me down. I expected a better surprise and the other guys are average. 4/10
05. Lets Go (Feat. Kutt Calhoun & Mista Fab) 03:25 - Pretty cool. Fab surprised me. 7/10
06. Why You Aint Call Me 04:31 - Great song. 8.5/10
07. Seven Words (Feat. Skatterman & Krizz Kaliko) 04:53 - It's funny. But it's cool. 6.5/10
08. The Sexorcist (Infomercial) (Feat. Krizz Kaliko) 03:40 - This shit was interesting. Wanted another Tech verse. 7/10
09. Killa Call (Skit) 00:32 -
10. Enjoy (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Bosko) 04:05 - I like this track. The chorus becomes annoying though. 7/10
11. Elbow Macaroni (Skit) 01:30 -
12. I Am Everything (Feat. Hed P.E. & Kottonmouth Kings) 03:35 - This song sucks. 3/10
13. Happy Ending 04:44 - Great song. One of the best on the album. 9/10
14. Cant Shake It (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Robert Rebeck) 03:38 - It's another solid track. 8/10
15. Holier Than Thou (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Strange Lane Choir) 05:23 - Probably my favorite on the album right now. 9/10
16. Last Words 04:14 - Good song. He says some cool shit in here. 8.5/10

Call it what you want, flame me, whatever. I'm sticking to this.

I know I don't necessarily warrant a review but I thought I'd give my two cents and write a review too (not that I know anything)...Just thought I'd give another point of view.

DISC ONE

1. Dr. Fraziers Office Enjoyable...good start to the album. Paints a picture for what's to come.

2. Like Yeah Great song. I don't think it fully receives the credit it deserves because it was a track before the album came out. If I hadn't heard it so much it would be on of the best. 9/10

3. Wheaties I'm not feeling this as much as the other people were. Good, solid track, not my fav though. 6.5/10

4. Everybody Move Again, I've heard this track too much. Sounds like a rowdier Bout To Bubble...which I didn't find too deep. Decent though. 7/10

5. Get The Fuck Outta Here This is one of those tracks that you can just turn the hell up and cruise to. It's got great bass and hits well in my pickup. Not too lyrically deep, but fun to listen to. 8/10

6. The Waitress One of the weakest tracks on both discs IMO. The beat is annoying and Tech doesn't sound into it. 5/10

7. Crybaby Great beat. The "crying" was an amazing addition to the beat. It's funny because it's such a true song. 7.5/10

8. Shit Is Real I like the beat. Mr. Stinky is kinda annoying. Maybe it's an acquired taste. Decent song...not my fav. 6.5/10

9. Blackboy Cube coulda done a lot better. Brother J came correct. His verse is probably the best on this feature. Mediocre. 7/10

10. Pillow Talkin A skipper for me. Tech's got some cool rhyme schemes. Face was meh. 6.0/10

11. Paint A Dark Picture Good song. Great start to the dark side. I like the into at the beginning. Dirtball was tight as hell and I like the hook a lot. Tech had some good flow here. As Neb said, needs another Tech verse. 9/10

12. Hope For A Higher Power The Jim Jones speech at the beginning is genious. Adds a hauntingly dark aspect to the song. My 3rd favorite on the album. The chick that's singing kinda starts to annoy me after awhile. Well thought out. 9.5/10

13. Worst Case Scenario (Skit) Coulda done without.

14. Psycho Bitch II I really enjoyed this sequel. As has been said, second songs are rarely better than the original but this song comes close. The "psycho bitch" at the beginning sounds like some of my ex girls so I had to laugh when I heard it. I like how they kept a lot of the similarities that the first song had. I think the first verse is some of the fastest flow on the album and the fast we've heard in a long long time. I like this one a lot. 9.5/10

15. Poisonous It's different. Liz Suwandi sounded good and it was a cool change. Not traditional Tech which is fine. This is one of those tracks that feel like Tech is just talking over the beat. 6.5/10

16. Too Much The shocker out of both discs. The beat is fucking great with the drums and strings. It sounds like it belongs in an epic scene of a movie or something. Another amazing flow from Tech and Kutt held his own too. My 2nd favorite on both albums. Hit's hard, flows fast, a "stompdashitoutu" track. 9.5/10

DISC TWO

1. I Love You But Fuck You Another solid track. On some personal shit here. I've found myself bumping it a lot. Genius idea. Great song. 8.5/10

2. One Good Time In the top 3 of my favorite Tech tracks of all time. Amazing, amazing, amazing track. I love the beat and lyrics. This is one track that would have been a lot worse without Kalli on it. The hook is sweet and just an overall bomb ass track. 10/10

3. Drill Team Not a great song. Not a bad song. 4/10

4. Beat You Up Fairly repetitive. A "fight song" if you will. I could see playing it if you're rolling out to kick some honkey's ass. Hits hard. Not much more than that. 6/10

5. Let's Go Another one that I played too much before the CD leaked. Not terrible but not spectacular either. Catchy beat. 6.5/10

6. Why You Ain't Call Me The beat lacked. Good thought and clever lyrics. The "popping bubble" sound in the back (you can hear it if you listen closely) bugs me, but that's just being too analytical. 7/10

7. Seven Words Good song to fuck Bianca's and Beatrice's. (7 Words)

8. The Sexorcist "Is sex with her so boring that you think of other women when you're with her". No, but this unnecessary filler is. *Presses next track*

9. Killa Call I'm not so sure how this fits in. I'm from Montana and immediately noticed Killa C's annoying Montana accent. Pointless.

10. Enjoy Or not...I don't like it. 5.5/10

11. Elbow Macaroni ???

12. I Am Everything Decent. I like (hed) P.E.'s verse. Coulda done without KMK. A once a week listener. 7/10

13. Happy Ending The beat being so quiet and simple was well thought out. This song is a good one that show's Tech's lyrical talent. Good track. 8/10

14. Can't Shake It Too much Kalli. Too soft. Too slow. Too bad. (Good flow haha) I need to give it a better listen. 6.5/10

15. Holier Than Thou The choir was a cool addition. Well thought out lyrics. Not a bad song. 7/10

16. Last Words This song is decent but it didn't leave me wanting more. He shoulda had a banger as the last track. It's cool they incorporated the "Dr. Frazier" section in it. Closes the album like a story which works. Clever lyrics. Decent ending.

Overall 8.5/10

The songs on this album that were great were GREAT. Some of the best shit I've heard from Tech. The songs that were mediocre didn't bring the overall quality and style of the album down. There's always going to be tracks that some people like and others don't. That's just the nature of the beast. Killer was the welcomed suprise that I've been jonesing for for the last 3 years. Over time, with more listens, it could easily come to be one of his best albums. I still like AP, Anghellic, and Everready a lot so it'll be difficult for this one to overtake them. It's an incorporation of new and old styles however that will help this album succeed and be true standout in a world of mediocre hip-hop. It's about time Tech gets what he deserves.

As I said before, I don't think I'm a writer for Blender or XXL or something, I just thought I'd share my two cents.

Not a review, just very small reactions on each track.

01. Dr. Frazier's Office (Intro Skit) 01:21
Funny start, gets you excited for the album.

02. Like Yeah 04:19
I'm with the other guy. I got hyped from the sampler, but then the song ended up just being really "meh". I loved it on the sampler, but guess I grew tired of it. Got old quick.

03. Wheaties (Feat. Shawnna) 04:09
Horrible hook, the first of many on this album. Alright song, I liked Shawnna's flow and voice.

04. Everybody Move 03:38
Horrible, horrible, horrible. We get it, you want to get on the radio. This won't work though. Horrible hook once again.

05. Get The Fuck Outta Here (Feat. The Popper & Paul Wall) 04:28
The robotic "Get the Fuck Outta Here" is so corny. That's where these hooks go wrong on the album, they're fucking corny. The "tell 'em what to do, tell 'em what to do" part is hot but the rest of the song is shit.

06. The Waitress 04:09 -
Solid song, nice beat, cool concept and decent hook. Approved.

07. Crybaby 04:36
Another solid song, baby on the hook is a great touch.

08. Shit Is Real 03:43
Fucking horrible.

09. Blackboy (Feat. Brother J, Ice Cube & Krizz Kaliko) 04:46
Good verses, meh production, boring hook.

10. Pillow Talkin' (Feat. Scarface) 03:43 -
Not a bad song, just not the most exciting. Another bad hook...

11. Pain A Dark Picture (Feat. Dirtball) 04:39 -
Solid track. The "daaaaarkness" part of the hook should have been removed, sounds corny as fuck. Other than that, tight hook, tight verses good stuff.

12. Hope For A Higher Power 05:57
Girl on hook sounds like she has a speech impediment and it's annoying as fuck. "I got ammo how about you" part is hot. Verses are cool, like how he changes it up at the end. Don't see it as a classic as many do.

13. Worst Case Scenario (Skit) 01:51
Fitting intro for next track. LA you're not black though, stop trying.

14. Psycho Bitch II (Feat. Liquid Assassin) 05:48
I look at is as a solid remix of Psycho Bitch.

15. Poisonous (Feat. Liz Suwandi) 02:42
Trash.

16. Too Much (Feat. Kutt Calhoun) 03:03
Meh. Not bad, but not memorable either.

I Love You But Fuck You 05:23
Horrible hook, meh verses. Skip.

One Good Time 04:29
Best song on the album, phenomenal beat, great hook.

03. Drill Team (Feat. Snug Brim, Bg Bulletwound & Krizz Kaliko) 05:16 -
What the fuck? News flash, if we're talking about Lil Wayne on this board, shit on the Carter IS better then a song like this.

04. Beat You Up (Feat. Lebowski, The Weapon) 05:13
Corny as fuck hook once again, stupid.

05. Lets Go (Feat. Kutt Calhoun & Mista Fab) 03:25
Boring. Skip.

06. Why You Aint Call Me 04:31
Horrible hook, actually annoying. Tech whining about other rappers, while he has plenty who do want to work with him.

07. Seven Words (Feat. Skatterman & Krizz Kaliko) 04:53
Funny at first, but song doesn't keep attention.

08. The Sexorcist (Infomercial) (Feat. Krizz Kaliko) 03:40
Not needed...

09. Killa Call (Skit) 00:32
Why the fuck is this even on here....

10. Enjoy (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Bosko) 04:05 -
Weird, this one grew on me. Like the way it moves, kind of a slow smooth track. I like it.

11. Elbow Macaroni (Skit) 01:30
Not needed.

12. I Am Everything (Feat. Hed P.E. & Kottonmouth Kings) 03:35
Horrible song.

13. Happy Ending 04:44
Bleh. Skip.

14. Cant Shake It (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Robert Rebeck) 03:38
Kind of a relaxing song, like the little boop-boop touch in the beat during the hook. Nothing great, but solid.

15. Holier Than Thou (Feat. Krizz Kaliko & Strange Lane Choir) 05:23
Not really feeling the Choir, or concept really. Skip.

16. Last Words 04:14
Really meh way to end the album. One Good Time should have been the closer.

Overall a lot of horrible hooks, not many interesting concepts and certainly lacks any classics save for One Good Time. Again this is all my opinion and I'm sure all the fan boys here will shit themselves in anger, but it's all good.

Also it doesn't even matter what I think, I think it's the lamest shit to say something is definably good or not, it's all about what the artist is feeling. As long as Tech enjoyed making it, felt like he gave it his all that's all that matters. Plus it seems like it's getting a very warm reception so I'm sure Tech will be thrilled.

Ah opinions opinions opinions. If you ask me, waitress is fucking dope. The thing is tech kills almost all the tracks. So I see myself listening to his verse and then skipping the beat. Like beat you up and get the fuck outta here.

Another thing I don't really like on here is the fact that so many tracks have that cut off shit after a verse, where it goes to someone talking or somethin stupid like that, detracts from the flow of the track... same thing with shit like that at the end of a track, just forces me to hit "next"

Don't wanna sound so down on this album... I'm feelin alot of aspects of it, there's just some really pigeonshit tracks and moments on here that bring it down, unfortunately, otherwise I'd be sayin album of the year hands down

those 2 tracks in a row are just TOO raw

makes the rest of the album a little less listenable

solid album overall, the tracks i did like are far better than anything anyone else has been releasin....but to me theres too many "filler" tracks
