seems like no one remembers a few years ago, when all the raiders gameday threads had titles like that. we sucked then too and weren't really expecting to win.

Raiders should fire Dennis Allen and hire Greg Roman. He will be a hot commodity this offseason.

Like Greg Papa said "The 49ers run the most state of the art offense in the NFL."

I'm sure he can take someone from the 49ers defense staff as well and turn you guys around. Vic Fangio would be the ideal head coach, but I read he doesn't want to be a head coach.

Sad part about the Raiders is there is no light at the end of tunnel right now. There is zero young talent to build the future around and the head coach is unproven and keeping him around is a huge risk because you could be potentially holding back the organization. Smh looks like at least another 3 years to expect the Raiders to turn things around. Going to take a couple good drafts and possibly new coaching staff.

I said it in the off season and I'll say it again. The raiders are in full re-build mode. Don't be surprised to see McFadden traded in the off-season, only reason Seymour, Kelly, and Palmer haven't been cut is because the hit their salary cap would take would not make it worth it. Especially when you figure it cost to replace those positions. Barring some miracle I don't see the Raiders being a factor anytime soon. By anytime soon I mean like 4 years plus. Raiders fans will go through some rough years but it will be worth it in the end because they will have a franchise that will remain consistent for long periods at a time instead of having 3 winning seasons followed by 10-15 seasons of being mediocre.
