Teresa Rae Butler was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Her experiences of growing up in a violent, and segregated area of the city as a mixed child has inspired her to write two novels, “DON’T EEM TRIP,” and, “God, I Respect Ya Gangsta,” the sequel to, “DON’T EEM TRIP,” and an urban comical screen play with co-author, comic/ producer, Mel Parr Jr. called, “TAXES.” Her material is graphic, hilarious, and very real. She talks about things in a way that other authors won’t. The readings here are a nice change from your typical, diva, coffee-table, book-club novels of romance. Although she may be fresh, she has already developed a style compared to no one. She’s funny, witty, intellectual and charming. Her visions portrayed will defiantly see the big screen. One day.
