Since Ive checked out a few posts about some folks that claimed they already heard the so-called "bootleg" version of Against Tha Grain" & their opinions about the long-time anticipated album was inevitable to me that I was kinda stunned??? I was still lookin forward to check out his new album since its the first Death Row album in a big while regardless of all the posthumous duddish Pac albums they released and all the oddest comments everyone else said about his new shit. I had the chance to go cop the cd at Target & after givin it a full listen earlier this day I knew I was gonna expect some hard tracks outta him & after all I wasnt disappointed at anything about it as far as production, delivery & features. At least he got a grip of people featured on the album but not really what everyone was anticipating like a Jayo Felony, Crooked I or 40 Glocc feature but at least Eastwood, Spider, Roscoe, & sum of the dudes from YA are all over it. Plus he got a sick track with gangstarous Dayton Family which it was so buck tight it pretty much sounded like a Three Six Mafia track & by godly he shoulda worked wit Triple Six as well & he also got a dope track with Domination from the Silverback Guerillaz & they both ripped the whole thing to shreds. The fucked up thing is that he finally got it released from himself witout any promotion whatsoever so I still hope hes gettin his royalties outta the sales since Suge refused to support it for whatever reason... But overall its pretty deeply solid for a full Kurupt album! A grip of bangers that sounds like Kurupt material so... Im postin here to bring out the real about this shit so avoid all the bullshit comments everyone else was sayin cuz I think they dont even know what theyre talkin about since they all got the fake bootleg versions wit all that fake recycled shit that are not even real Kurupt material just absolute shit! So change your minds & go get that new Kurupt "Against The Grain" straight outta Death Row/Kustapo Inc. IN STORES RIGHT NOW!!! Dont sleeep... :dead:
