just heard this CD last week, and I gotta say that I am lovin this album from top to bottom, this shit is a classic to me.... (yeah I said it)

First off The Production is ON. "Actors" and "Bouncin off Da Wallz" are TOO FUNKY. The beats sound right--they knock and I've come to expect this from San Diego albums, and I appreciate that....LOL...really, truly...(thank u Cricet, Ecay Uno, Steve Vicious etc. and on this album Bay Loc and C-Hecc himself )

NExt, C-Hecc got the right voice and energy on EVERY song. In the "Wrongkind vs. Du Lo gang" thread someone was saying some shit like "them wrongkind fools are too laid back, they have no energy...blah blah..." and I'm not saying I agree necessarily but in contrast the homie C-Hecc sounds like Jayo Felony, Ice Cube, or Crooked I as far as having CLEAR vocals that RESONATE and that can keep listeners attention for a WHOLE album. Add to that Top Notch delivery, and lyrics, decent chorus'--

My favorite tracks
"Funkmaster" (ridiculous)
"Son of ah Gun"
"R.I.P Weez"
"Bouncin of Da Walls"
"Verbal Assault"
"Actors"

Finally On this album, u won't find annoying ass hooks which insist upon themselves. U won't find songs for the Girls or "club bangers"{EDIT: forgot about "Cut loose"} or any FAKE Pimpin' or Pandering (that shit is beyond played out). U wont find BUNK ASS beats meant to sound "HOTT or FRESH", U wont find meaningless features, and u wont find any selling out, gimmicks, or songs desperately trying to appeal to the Bitches at Interscope records or any other majors labels.-----

Just a STRAIGHT BANGED OUT album with proper features by Mooch massive, Bay Loc, Complex, etc.

U CAN FIND this album (unlike Mink Loco's shit, damnit) its a 2008 release, u can download every song in mp3 @

Nobody heard this or what?
i have it, ive had it for months and months, my boy did the cover (shout out to synical) its definately a classic, i have it in rotation in my car on a weekly basis..theres not really a skippable song

if youre looking for some san diego banging shit from the crip side of sd, this is probably the ultimate album to have right now until cutthroat or bayloc drops

all the production is nice, the usual nice production coming out of that area and checc's lyrics stick to the script, he speaks on personal issues like his father and dead homies... and the skits are perfect for the album..theres maybe 3-4 skits, but theyre all from the same movie and deal with the same thing and actually pull together checcs point of the album a little better.

i think theres one 'party' song on the album (i quoted party because..a gangster cant be too lighthearted, right?) and the rest of the songs are personal songs or banging tracks..and even the personal songs are banging tracks really...with that said it dosent feel like theres a lack of creativity or topics on the album, he covers his personality and explains his life pretty well.

if this was the san diego source magazine or some shit, id give it 4 mics.
3 1/2 dosent seem to do the intensity of his crip walking on wax, justice.

i say its somewhere up there or equal to cutthroats last album

^ What is the name of that movie the skits come from? It's like I remember hearing those parts in the movie but I can't think of the name of it.
