It's the type of game that you can rent when there is really nothing else available at the moment in time when you say "shit, I need something new to play." I might fuck with it for a couple hours in a few months.

That may be true, but not one single person on this board has actually played the game. So until more gameplay footage is revealed, better yet, until someone actually plays it, we can't ssay if it's a rental or not. This game may shit all over Gears, RE5, Halo, COD, KZ2 etc. It might be 20-30 hours long with new single player DLC to increase story longevity. It might be the "Halo killer" many people wish for. Who knows? Not I, because I've yet to play it.

It might sell like the games I listed. Factor in the recent tv show, the movie thats about to drop, and the fact they already have a built in fanbase and who knows? I mean SWTFU wasn't a great game and they sold almost 2 million. But the fact the creators of this game already released a mediocre/subpar shooter doesn't help their cause.

no i think most people will agree that runnin around revving the chainsaw all day is lame as fuck.. not only do people like that 90% of the time get owned, but it takes no skill what so ever to hit the B-itch button.

are you an idiot? you just agree'd with me.. yes it takes no skill, and yes everyone who attempts to chainsaw 24/7 gets fucking owned..

And yeah, maybe it does take some skill getting close to someone in order to chainsaw them, but i can almost guarantee you dont have that kinda skill.. and most chainsaw newbs who try to roll around and get close get fuckin one peiced long before they can hit the B-itch button.

I don't think you can compare the fanbase of Star Wars to fans of Terminator. Plus The Force had a very good story along with a nice game.
Star wars games HAVE a proven track record actually, battlefront 1 and 2, Star wars Galaxies was fucking huge until WoW took over PC gaming.
Let's be real here man, it's Terminator and it probably going to decent at best.
