just heard an "official" remix on 94.9 just right now. remix has a new E-40 verse featuring Kanye West and Game. they used the same Game verse from the other remix. still uses the original beat. f i think it was aight...they shouldve put more bay rappers on there.

or those of you who heard it too, what yall think???

MORE? kanye aint from the bay..n the game from compton. n i heard that the game only made that some mixtape shit himself, it aint official. but wtf kanye gon rap about gettin hyphy n shit? tell me when to go? in his pink polo? they prolly just mix'd some verse from another song n put it over the lil' jon beat

but i read a post on here that sauna G was talkin to 40 water, n he said that the official tell me when to go remix is just gon have all bay rappers in it.

i know that kanye aint from the bay and i kno game from compton...i meant 40 should have put bay rappers on there instead of kanye. when the song started, 40 said some shit like "they wanted a remix...we had to do a remix....they demandin a remix...this is an official remix...confirmed like a don king hair perm" or some shit. and yeah, kanye west was rappin about goin dumb and ghost ridin the whip.

i agree 40 water should put some bay cats on one remix... BUT he a bidness man tryin gain some national recognition... let tha man do what he wanna do... puttin kanye and game, 2 multi platinum rappers on tha song will expand his fan base some more and put tha yay on blast

Real Talk..This is still a business for 40, but he has to reach out to masses for to get that major major fan base under his belt. Of course we want 40 to have nothing but bay cats on his CD like old school, but the rap game is different from 94..It's 2006, and you gotta make business moves and hustle yo shit to everybody. Just by 40 puttin keak on his 1st major single is good for the bay, and especially keak..The bay is back mayne...Good shit to 40

Kanye West is a tight MC/Producer...but i think kanye coulda came cleaner than he did on this remix. theres a part in his verse where kanye is like "ummmm...ummmm..." to kill like 2 bars hahaha

i think this remix was made for east coast peeps to think twice about how the bay is real serious about this hyphy movement. the peeps in new york might feel this remix more than we gonna like it over here in cali just beacause kanye is up on the track. but i agree...its a smart business move for e-40 to do this remix.

lets hope we get an official Bay Area Allstar remix soon.

haha yea i agree i think its lame kanye had to say that ummm shit to kill bars. but the new 40 verses were pretty nice, didn't flow as well as the original, but maybe when they release it for real and not as a radio exclusive it will sound better

I dont think this song is the official cause e-40 himself said that the remix was ganna have only yay niggas.he said this like a week ago on kmel.
