I'm going to move there in the summer to continue my education in business at CSU Sac. I know the vacancy rate there is low, meaning there's not much places available. Was wondering what the average rent is for 2 bed/2 bath nice apartments? Where I'm at it's about $1100. Also, tell me about the city, lotsa shit to do? And the food? Lotsa fresh sea food or what? Also since I'm Cambodian, any of y'all know about the Cambodian community there if there is any? One last question, I love playin' basketball, is there alotta good pick up games that go on? Do y'all have night lights on the courts?

Thanks y'all. Yeah I know there's an Asian b-ball league out there and I hear some fools pull out they heat and get the bustin' on some stupid shit. I'm not with that. Rancho Cambodia LMAO. As for me being asian and fittin in fine you sure about that? I don't identify myself as being asian I identify myself as being Cambodian. I don't like to be classified with other ethinicities in Asia. I don't like many asians just Cambodians mainly except the ones that gangbang.

I was thinking of maybe buying a house out there since its cheaper than the bay and will probably be close to as expensive as the bay in the next 10 years or so, sounds like a good investment but i heard you don't get paid dick out here when it comes to employment.

btw, lemon hill has mostly chinese and hmongs. oak park got the cambodians there.

last time i heard them hmongs/viets/cambodian/lao folks are beefing hard. one of my old friends killed himself because he smoked a couple of cambodian/lao in sac and he wasnt trying to get life.

but yeah, South Sacramento, thats where the asians are at.

I ment you don't get paid much in sac, my bad. but then again i got a friend who lives up in sac and is getting like 20 bucks an hour to do construction, not bad for out there at all not half bad for the bay either.

I'm thinking of either settling in Sac, Phoenix or Vegas cuz they are the cities on the rise and would be a good investment to get land in those areas one would cash in in the long run.
