The most I've ever hit was like 500 and that was a huge month. Everyone I talk to I see every day face to face. No need to sit up on the phone chatting back and forth.

not like that but my sister in law logs 4,000 txt msgs a month easy. She literally sleeps with her cell phone. The dang thing goes off in the middle of the night and she will wake up to reply. Mind you she is 17 but come on!

Lol it was a customer I helped. Lady came in mad because her bill was ridiculous. I showed her that her daughter went over her small ass text plan and she almost flipped out on the kid. She had like $2800 in overages but she was able to work something with customer service.

of couse she did. i mean for 50 bucks a month you can get unlimited service and texts. these cell phone companies still offering limited plans are part of the problem in this country imo. but the people that sign up for them arent the most informed obviously.

Not necessarily. Some customers can't afford unlimited texting plans ($20) and think they can stay under a certain amount. They have plans that start at $5 and get you 250 messages and then there are increments in between that plan and the unlimited.

i know. what i meant was getro is the service for these people. regardless, we both know they are making money on a technicality, not a service, which was my point. you work for verizon or sprint??

This is why i fucks with Metro PCS. Unlimited everything for 50 a month. When i had sprint my bill was always going over and i was never using all the minutes or the texts. They try to catch you slippin. My dad just figured out they were slickin him and chargin him for Nights and Weekends.

Incoming text were not free as long as I've been with verizon and thats been at least 3 years so I couldn't tell ya. People will always find something to be angry about regardless whether they dropped a call while driving through a tunnel or they missed a call and swear to god it never rang. People are wierd.
