When is the last time this nigga mentioned THE REGIME on any of his cds? Interviews? Guest features? And why is he "soo wooing" all of a sudden? I hate that ish wit a passion cause I never heard him claim BLOOD before it became popular. On the new STRANGE comp he even says some ish like NEVER CATCH ME IN BLUE...I think that is wack. Holla back.

He's got the dragon tatted on him, correct? Therefore, he's still REGIME even if he doesn't mention it on every song. Tech's dropped NUMEROUS HINTS as to his Blood affiliation over the years. Whether he was actually "ACTIVE" is anyone's guess. He prob just grew up around 'em, which moreless makes him affiliated/associated with them.

As far as rap wise regime ain't really that active bro. And yuk doesn't even rep it like he used to imo.
I see it like this: I got an older homie, who used to bang in his teens and 20s. He ain't gonna broadcast where he from cuz he ain't active no more. But if u ask him and sit down talk with him he will let you know and show that he is proud to rep it. Same shit with tech. Do you have something against tech or something bro? And you never commented on the multiple posts in here stating that tech has always rapped about being a blood since day one. Hell that's how I knew he was a blood, because a damu turned me on to tech for that simple fact lol dude gave me a copy of absolute power. I always knew who tech was since his verse on that wake up show song but never got into him until absolute power.

This thread is ill-informed.

You must not really listen to the lyrics, because Tech usually riddles his affiliation with Yuk and Regime in most of his albums.

He's also been making blood references since some of his first big albums like Anghellic and Absolute Power.

"Do you dig it I'm gonna rep the B and never ever let the C get the best of me" - Imma Tell - Tech N9ne circa 2001

And if you want to even count that God forsaken song Tech did called "Doin' It", it features Yuk at his finest. It's too bad that beat and that song are fucking atrocious.

I know Tech emotes his current feelings on his records, but I hope he never returns to that feeling again. Ever.

I feel yall but I HAVE NEVER HEARD HIM "SOO WOOING" until now just like DIPSET, LIL WAYNE, MESSY MARV, GUCE and all the other "wait til I'm grown" red flaggers in the game now.

All the crip rappers repped the C when it wasn't cool. That's all I'm saying. I've heard TECH rap since 1997 and I wanna make it clear that I'M A TECH FAN! I have purchased ALL of his solo's and them compilations since 2001 so I'm with it. It just sounds so weak to hear that now.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe KILLA TAY said that he didn't even know GUCE was a blood and he did two albums with him! Its so different being "affiliated" versus being an actual gangbanger. I hung around gang bangers growing up but I never banged and would never go around claiming a gang if I wasn't banging! That's my whole point. Holla back

Tech will never straight up tell you whether or not he banged and got his hands dirty, but his affiliation is 100% true. The soo woo is popular now. I heard Kutt say it more first, then Tech picked up on it. I don't think it's anything to trip about, really. Hip-Hop follows trends, and even some of the greater lyricists get into it.

I hear you but

Z RO said it best:"IF YOU WANNA PLAY GANG BANGING'S THE WRONG GAME." I lost my cousin who I was super close with to banging and some homeboys so saying "soo woo" cause its POPULAR or TRENDY is not the business. Food for thought.

Just shut the fuck up please. Who gives a shit what Z-Ro said...who the fuck is he? The author of the Gang Bang Bible? Taking gangsta lessons from rappers is like taking driving lessons from an old asian lady.

Tech is a Blood, has been since day one, and has always referenced it in his songs. The Regime is an loose-nit group made up of about 30 rappers, most of which no one has ever even heard of, so for Tech to try and include them in anything is more or less a lost cause. Keep it movin.
