if you checked out the latest Outlawz radio interview, young noble confirmed that Tech will be featured on the new album "perfect timing" dropping 3/20/11. also featured on the new album is Scarface, Bun-B, Krayzie Bone, Lloyd etc... can't wait to hear this album, and hear the collab. dont worry, noble mentions tech in the very beginning of this interview.

Outlawz are still dope in my opinion. My favorite albums with them though would have to be "Still I Rise" with 'Pac and "Outlaw 4 Life: 2005 A.P."

I was thinking that as well kain. I'm not as tapped into the outlawz as I used to be, but maybe Sunday has some relation to the "perfect timing"?

I've always liked the outlawz, so this is pretty cool. On another note, it's nice to see some other people in the industry give the outlawz some play. Nobody's really ever fuckin' with them and I've never figured out why.

Tech N9ne, Scarface, Young Buck Featured On The Outlawz' "Perfect Timing"

Exclusive: Some heavy-hitters from various camps honor E.D.I., Fatal and Young Noble on the collective's reported final album.

Veteran Hip Hop group The Outlawz will be releasing Perfect Timing on September 13. The New Jersey native trio of E.D.I., Hussein Fatal and Young Noble's sixth studio album will reportedly be their last, coming at the 15th anniversary of the death of friend, mentor and Outlawz founder Tupac Shakur.

Today, HipHopDX was given the tracklist on the release. Largely produced (as well as mastered) by Beatnick & K-Salaam, the release features former Rap-A-Lot Records label-mates Scarface, Bun B and Z-Ro, as well as Tech N9ne, Young Buck and singer Lloyd.

The album was partially recorded in Tarzana, California's Can-Am Studios, the former Death Row Records recording house, where 2Pac recorded in the last year of his life.
