Yeah he's definently running a very good message but I don't think that he's the savior... I ain't one of them Eminem dicc riders but he's the one that kinda came out first sayin' fucc everyone... I know Tech has been doin' this longer than Em but Eminem came out with this shit first... So who's really the savior...

I dont know where you heard that from homie but from what I recall, Tech's first shit dropped around '95. How do I know? Well I'm in KC and I had the damn tape like many other ppl here. So I guess that should answer your question. =%~dRoP iT

YOU CAN LISTEN TO HIS WHOLE ALBUM BUT HE TALKS IN LIKE EVERY OTHER TRACK FOR LIKE 30 SECONDS. THE POINT IS TO LISTEN TO IT AND THEN BUY IT.

Yeah, I saw the cover, but the point I was gettin at is that the rap game was never dyin so how could somebody be the "savior of rap"? And to my knowledge, a "savior" is "one who saves", so being the person I am I put the phrase together and figured somebody was sayin Tech N9ne is the savior of rap, or in other words "he saved the rap game".
Or maybe I just misunderstood the purpose of this thread, if so? My bad. But somebody explain this to me? Maybe the alcohol is slowin my thinkin down a bit,lol Holla back =%~dRoP iT

Look there are a million and a half fuccin' artists that diss on the media and the rest of the industry. What seperates Tech9 from the rest of these people? Sayin' he's the SAVIOR is a big statement. Now don't think that I'm a dicc rider, but look at Jay-Z that muthafucca is four times larger than Tech9. Now just cause a person sits here and talks about the media and the industry doesn't give him the title of being rap's SAVIOR. Come on ya'll....

Nah it's not that he has the title of savior yet, but he could become that if he was to continue doing what he's doing. I am for Tech to succeed 100%, he is one of the illest artists I've ever heard and he stands for us, he ain't talking bout jewels and cars and bull shit. He be speaking on issue's that we know, addressing the industry like we know it to be. Shit Tech is already a legend in my mind..

^^^I feel you and I agree with most of what you say. I'm for anybody to succeed in this game, it aint easy and if you get yours, coo, do the damn thang. But sayin there is/was/or will be a savior of rap is pure comedy. As long as the quote below is true, the game will never die :

"If you struggle then you hustle,If you hustle then you struggle" - Mr Mike (South Circle)

And if the game never dies there can be no savior, how the hell can one person or anybody save the damn rap game? Its just a dumb statement to make, that discredits thousands of artists who put it down in the game, and the ones tryin to come up or stay on in the game. =%~dRoP iT

I see where yall coming from now at that angle, "saviour" is just too much like calling him god. There ain't gone be no GOD of rap, but he could start a movement to turn the direction of the industry. Lead by example.

Oh yeah no doubt, Tech is talented and his music is pure art, but as for the "Savior"? Rap/Hip-hop will never need a savior... If you look at the big picture.. Rap/Hip-hop is all over commercials, TV sitcomms, movies, ect... Rocc and rolls time has came and passed now rap music seems to be in the spot light more. Everytime you turn around you see Ice Cube, Busta Rhymes so on and so on.. All them guys all over the place... Rap doesn't need a savior...
