Nah..you dont have to be mainstream...i got some RBL POSSE ring tones on my phone...you just gotta know how to make'em...i think you can download a program or something like thta....or on some phones they got ring tone makers...i think

Certain phones give you the ability to "compose" the tones yourself. If you search for them and you have the right phone, you can find the "notes" transcribed online, and transfer the correct "notes" to your phone manually, thus making the ring tones. Other sites (there's a million on the web) will just send them to your phone...

Of course, you would need the correct phone, of which there are many.

My ring tone is the "halloween" theme by john williams. Which is also the beat to "Be Warned".
