From the DubCNN Interview:

"Dubcnn: On "Killer", you bring us the second chapter to "Psycho Bitch. I had heard that Brotha Lynch Hung was supposed to be featured on it, what happened to that?

I guess Brotha Lynch got real busy man. We sent it to him and he got it, but I think he's been going through a lot of legal stuff back home, I don't know the story. But as you know, us at Strange Music, we gotta move! So when we send something, we only got a certain amount of time to wait. I did this whole album in a month!"

Imagine what he could do in like 3 months! I wanna hear a Tech N9ne album where he takes as long as fuckin Redman used to do. One every 2 years. He would make nothing but undisputed classics. And maybe we could get some mixtape shit too, good ones with original material, I mean. Kinda like Vintage Tech but more mixtapeish.

i like that tech doesn't do mixtapes..

that way he puts all his effort and energy into his actual verses..

just look at someone shitty like lil wayne, who comes up with raps all damn day, recycles them and is just 99% garbage

i bet he already has the lyrics though. it's impressive and everything but one both is like recording a song a day. that aint that crazy IMO. and if i'm worng and he writes the lyrics and puts the cd together all in 1 month then thats just outright CRAZY and can only imagine what he could do with more time

probably why the features werent that great everybody was rushed, i would have been more impressed by having some krizz and kutt verses more skatt and snugg, a delima verse, shocking that guests were much better on MLK than Killer. i will say though Liquid held it down on psycho bitch 2 and shawnna on wheaties

January to March is only a month? Tech has stated in the past that they started recording on January 15th and finished the day before they went out for the Fire & Ice tour, which was in late March...

It's true. It's damn true.
I thought this was known...well at least on this board anyway lol...

I think that he meant that all the songs and beats were finished..the rest was probably mastering and editing the tracks ...even if it was in a few months that still awsome IMO to put that much quality music in a short time

what I was thinking...

still equally impressive to pump 32 tracks out in that span of time

shit, my crew used to pump out 30+ tracks a month FOR FUN, along with doing battles on the side (text and audio)...

ahh, how I long for those days... before kids... lol

point is, it's not as impressive as some make it out to be... if you got your mind focused on shit it aint nuthin to pump out quality music...

Sandman makes most of his own beats along with all the writing / rapping... like he says, "drop a beat in like 20 minutes, the verse in a half an hour"...

i agree with you brotha, i wish you lived closer to me to help me take down some of these lil wayne losers around here (unfortunetly some are my friends lol). Mistah F.A.B. had a mix tape out it was ok not as good as his normal cds. so im kinda glad tech dont do mix tapes, altho some more singles throughout ther year would be straght.
