Corey Taylor does not = Slipknot. The Slipknot sound has more to do with the band than Corey Taylor IMO.

Good interview, extremely excited for K.O.D., but like Drewww said I hope it doesnt sound rushed. He did Killer in one month, and that sounded rushed to me.

You gotta keep in mind that even though he recorded it in a few months, he's probably been writing for a lot longer.

And even then, the album was still damn good for being recorded in a month and being a two disc release. I don't know why so many people complain about Killer. There's enough songs on both discs to go around and make one excellent disc and then some. Killer was a steal IMO. The day Tech releases an 11 song album, I'll complain.

It's going to be a good song, most likely. But I'd picture hearing the singing Corey rather than the screaming Corey, for the most part.

having serj/corey on a tech track hardly makes it a soad/slipknot collab :ermm:
