for those interested a very reliable source has informed me Tech will likely perform at Northwest Missouri State University on November 9th in the Mary Lynn Performing Arts Center

no word on whether the concert is for NWMSU students only...if it is IT SUCKS TO BE YOU ALL! *smiles from ear to ear*

the verdict is in

Tech will indeed be at Northwest Missouri State University on Nov. 9th. I saw a couple of posters posted in the student union about it.

here's the shitty part (techn9nehq will understand)...it is posted that it will be in Charles Johnson Theater which is about half the size of the performing arts center. i'm guessing this will make tickets scarce and increase the likelihood that you can only purchase tickets with a Student ID (although a lot of students buy like 5 tickets and sell some to non-students).

i'll keep everyoen informed

haha, good thing i kept my student ID...I'm surprised the administration let them have a show there....

I was thinking though....they need to turn the old theatre down town into a bar. That would be a tight ass place for a show, none of the bars can hold a great number of people. My boy worked for the guy who owned the place, I always wanted to make him an offer on the piece of shit theatre.

Anyways, keep us posted about that shit if you can.

there will only be just over 500 tickets sold (CJ theater only holds 550) so they will be scarce.

show starts at 8 but Tech won't be on 'til about 10. there will be a few locals opening and another group/artist named Fierce (??? maybe....you or anyone else have any clue).

it might be crammed, and it might not have the same energy as 1,100 people packing into Mary Lynn but it's still a fuckin Tech N9ne show so I'm not gonna complain!

Travis, you need to make the folks at Northwest move the show to the next weekend. haha, fuckin friends setting a wedding for NOVEMBER? AND IN COLD ASS MINNESOTA.

nkc, where did you hear the rumor about Liberty? There isn't shit in Liberty that is big enough for a show.
