I read in a interview on here that said....

"And although the self-proclaimed "Kansas City King" may never get respect from the New York hip-hop intelligentsia (he has been accused of lazy rhyming and cartoonish raps), he couldn't care less."

Anyone heard anyone dissin tech at all? I aint heard shit about him bein lazy when he rhymes most people cant even keep up with his shit.

What yall think about this criticism?

necro for some reason is hated by alot of people...and the people on his label get dragged in....all of NSD records diss Necro and his label...and its for no apparent reason...i think

Whom ever it was, was probably was referring to his 3rd verse in Caribou Lou. They totally missed the point that he is supposed to be getting more and more fucked up as the song goes along. And the cartoonish raps thing.... it's just a style. Not sure what they were meaning and from what song, but yeeeesh! :eyecross:


What's even worse was the hometown newspaper, the KC Star, poked some holes in MLK during their review. :ermm:


It's like Tech said.... "If people think I "sold out" before, just wait until Kabosh comes out. That's when them mother fuckers are really going to say I've sold out." Different performing name and everything. I like it. :cool:

Fuck all that shit talk. Like someone said, I rather listen to tech then ANYTHING the radio is puttin out nowadays.. ALl that fake shit.. At least Tech will admit, hell im lazy like in slacker haha, but then you see him at shows tell me where the hell does this LAZY come in? I bet theres alot more examples from before, but I wasnt as into tech back in the day but he put out a CD every year which some people have a hard time doing. If i remember there was only one year he didnt drop a CD. THEN MLK. Like right when it was announced there was already talk about KILLER, and Vintage Tech 2. So dude not only was droppin yet another CD, but word had it that 2 more were on the way. Then the whole Kabosh projekt too.. plus dude non stop touring.. Where the hell is the lazy there? Who does new york got......50? haha

dont get my last comment wrong.. I bet theres some hard ass cats out the NY that I dont know about, but I think yall get what im saying
