It would be nice to see tech get even half of the recognition he deserves, I think if he followed through with kabosh he could have really gained alot of mainstream fans and maybe he would have been looked at for that. but with KOD i think that the industry will go back to being on the devil worshiping shit

For some reason I feel big things are gunna happen after that 3 6 collab gets big
how are you so sure it's gonna get big? unless it's their single I just see it as any ol feature on a Three 6 Mafia CD....aint nobody blowin up due to them but themselves.

I like Tech but I don't ever see him getting that mainstream love..

Actually it probably would be a lot easier for Tech if he went the rock route, to rock the dark imagery is a lot of times a plus, and if he made good music he'd be well recieved IMO

Actually, If I remember, Shot After Shot is supposed to be a single.
this is from hiphopdx "He killed it! It was like to perfect combo. It was the burger, the fries and the drink. We're gonna shoot a video to it. I'll tell you what: I never call a song a hit before it's a hit, but this song is definitely a very strong single. Let's see what happens. When you hear it, you're not even gonna believe it.""

if they start giving vma's for independent artist then i guess, but i'd bet that whoever whould win would have to play industry ball, buy video time, radio time, so on so forth, but fuck i guess crazier shit has happened. I'd still put the chances at 1/1,000,000.

don't you need an exceptional video to win a VMA? isn't that what a Video Music Award is based on? so which video are we specifically talking about...
None of them, I think it's just a what if senario. and I think dude who started it was talking about Tech getting a life time achievment award for his contribution to the music industry. I don't see it happening, but once again I've seen crazier shit happen.
