Any professional shop you'll need a parent. Most shops have a $40-50 minimum. Depending on the shop a logo like that I'd estimate at about $75 depending on size. If you decide to go back I'd tip like 10-15 bucks so the next time he'd hook you up, that's what I do.
theres a place out here in fremont that'll tat u up id say maybe 80 bucks for the SF logo but i unno i got my tat done in some place in san jo when i turned 17 but my friends tell me if ur underage that this place in fremont dont really care.
I'd wait and make sure youg go somewhere legit. 16 is young boss. You may regret it later. 2 years ain't that long. Most places that will give underagers tats will fuck it up.
try Rubens in the mission (between 15th and 16th on mission by the walgreens) ... dont think they ID, give it a try...they're really cheap...but then again...u get what you pay for. my advice, wait till your 18
