Taking Video Footage out of a Mini DVD camcorder

I cant find the software that came with this fuckin camcorder anymore. does anyone know how i can take the footage from the DVD camcorder and to put it on my computer for video editing. its a panasonic VDR-D100. if yall can help id appreciate it.

I've never fucked with DVD camcorders before...

But shouldn't you just be able to pop the dvd out, rip it and then edit whatever is on there? Or are the discs formatted so that only certain software will let you extract?

^^yeah i DLed the driver but it came with this software called DVD-MovieAlbum SE, but i cant find it anywhere. I DLed windows movie maker but it didnt work.

Other than that you need another app to edit

Take out the DVD, put it in your DVD drive, and rip with any DVD Ripping software like DVD Decrypter or burn with Nero.
