hmmm, check out "Guzzle." He's not Bay area Hyphy style $hit from what I heard, but I would say when compared to all the other Mexican rappers his style is more of a cross between Southern & EastCoast, with WestCoast elements of course since he's from SD. He just brings a different delivery than the rest of the LA/SD Mexican rappers, sounds sort of like The Game. It's not the usual high pitch whiny noise gangster beats with fast rapping at times, though I do like some of those.

Check out Omar Cruz also http://www.byientertainment.com/ . Again not Bay style, more Southern style.

Like basically some vato shit with "hard" sounding beats...

Most of the cholo rappers Ive heard either have like oldies sounding beats with a high ass nasaly voice, some like very basic Westcoast LA-style shit, etc.

I ain't really lookin for "hyphy" at all. I'm sayin more hard-hitting beats like Messy Marv, Whoridaz, Killa Tay type shit.

i dont think any sureno rapper from LA wants to sound like a bay area rapper. just like you dont like the down south style, there's millions of people down there that dont like mexican bay shit.
