They just saw another Superbowl. Going back to back generally isn't considered "one and done". Usually you would say that to a team that wins and falls off next year or whatever.

Obviously the Seahawks going to back to back superbowls and winning a superbowl is far better than going to three NFC championships in a row, losing two and losing a superbowl, then missing the playoffs altogether. You niner fans really have no room to talk.
