Not from Avondale, and Chico isn't a Norteño..he's from Westside Phoeniquera...fuck them ain't nothing but tweakers. Some Phoeniquera also claim north Phoenix...but If he's saying he's an ene he's one confused motherfucker since they are strictly Phoenix and alway talk about shooting people from cali up.
