sup peeps i am new on here but i jus got a musicians friend card and i wanna buy sum studio shit 2 mess with i got 500 bucks on it , any suggestions on what 2 buy 1st? i was thinking a microkontroler w/ sum software that comes with it....for 299.99 what u all think i should get 2 start off? i have a dell computer 2 start lolz

nothing wrong with a dell pc if its got at least 512 mb of ram in it, it will work. Do you have anything else aside from your computer? I'd get reason and a midi keyboard, that would be like 500 even.

thanks 4 the info jay....i got a mc 505 roland grovebox and a boss sampler and a 6 track mixer hooked up 2 my cd burner so i can get onto cd so thas it 4 now....

i was gunna start a thread bout the same thing but i didn't know whut to ask. i have a dell computer but i can't connect a kareoke mic threw the back cuz there's no sound comin threw it. any suggestions? i've tried almost everything that has to do with the settings n i have no idea whut else to do.
