Studio furniture

What are yall using as studio furniture? Imperial Studios is moving to a bigger location and i think its about time we stop using fold up tables and get something real. I been looking at some nice Omnirax units but thery are a bit steep. Anyone know a cheaper alternative?

yes it is very expensive to buy that shit definetly not worth it, but i must admit i put up the money everytime, but thats cuz im lazy and i like to leave the carpentry to jesus christ

I was gonna build my own shit but im not sure if i can or not. by the way can anyone tell me exactly how big 1 rack space is? We dont have any rackmountable gear right now but we are definitly looking at getting some. so if i build this on my own im gonna need to know that.

1 RACK SPACE WOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE A PROTEUS OR DBX COMPRESSOR.

2 RACK SPACE WOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE A DIGI 002R OR AN ALESIS AMP

1/2 RACK SPACE WOULD BE A PRESONUS BLUE TUBE OR A SMALL JOE MEEK PRE

6 RACK SPACE WOULD BE AN EMU MP-7 OR SOMETHING SIMILAR IN SIZE. I DONT REMEMBER IF THE JP8080 WAS 8 OR 6 SPACE.


I HAVE A TOTAL OF 8 RACK SPACES IN MY DESK.
