Ya'll missed out, Third Strike was the best of th series, the only thing it really lacked was some of the characters from the older games, but the gameplay made up for all of that...

Luckily you can get a copy of Street Fighter anniversary for pretty cheap these days, it has Third Strike and SF2 Hyper, I got mine for fifteen bucks in Emeryville, just a matter of finding a place with it in stock, if not there's always ebay, it's on XBOX and PS2, when I get on Live I usually fuck around with Third Strike for a bit, after all these years it's still good
