Every single member of Non Phixion came to Psycho Logical to release solo albums. If they made Necro, then why wouldn't they do it on Uncle Howie?
Necro did production/beats for a majority of all their solo albums, and appeared on all of them.
Every time Necro would do some publicity shit (radio etc.) he'd always find time to plug Bill or Non Phixion- he still does it to this day.
As he said, Necro can release his own shit (plus several other rappers albums), but Bill has to team up with another label to release his shit.
Necro tours more, and is basically bigger than Bill is.


Is Bill a better rapper? Yes, but he isn't bigger nor did he make Necro what so ever.

Bill owns Uncle Howie Records, but he doesn't make enough money to release shit on his own (nation wide anyways). So that is why he teams up with either Psychological or Strange. He already knows that most Psychological fans will buy his album, and Strange brings in a whole different audience.
