I'm loving The Mac Named Dre....but I'm still trying to get used to this cd...it sounds hella different from his usual stuff....hopefully it will grow on me....

I dunno....it sounds different to me...I guess I'm used to Khayree production...I didn't like Mac Dammit...I did like It's Not What You Say....etc....I dunno it sounds different to me...can't really explain it...it just does....you like his new sound better then his old skool kharyee stuff?

Nah YBB is the shit and will forever be the shit. I can play that album all the way through even though it's almost a decade old. However, those albums can not be reincarnated.

But I have grown to like some of Mac Dre's post-Khayree albums like Romp 1 and 2 "Stupid Doo Dumb" and "It's not what you say...". But the production was lackin on some of his latest stuff like Romp 3 and "Mac Damn it..." It's all about production, if the album sounds good to my ears and I'm bobbing my head to the beat thats all that matters. I don't really care who's producing it.

YBB is the shit, it is for sure the best Mac Dre CD. Doo Doo Dumb comes close to me, though :)

I know exactly what you mean by Thizzelle sounding different, it really does! I dont know how to explain it either. Its just different music overall in my ears. But somehow still the same old Mac Dre.

mac dres style has changed multiple times, im takin a likin to his newer style tho , not sayin that i DIDNT like his old style and i still think it was the freshest he's fucced wit, but his new one has siccer flow connections and a little more HUMOR it seemz....shit's knockin no doubt tho , yeah
