this isnt about teams but about cracking threads. i say if your thread is active and has more than 1000 posts in it, it should be "vital" or sticky'd.

People will keep it on the front page if it's active. Stickies are for the threads that aren't active, but people need to see them such as rules.

maybe one thread should be stickied, that way it will give it more value, when another overtakes it, that new thread will have the title of 'teh sticky'
