Im pretty sure the Dollar is the strongest banknote, with the possible exeption of pussy and the yen.
Damn forgot to answer the question. It is probably illegal and if its not illegal then the weed must not be good enough to fuck you up. Also about the Euro thing (for any one that cares) I think it was stronger than the dollar at one point, but I checked the financial page and (I tried to decypher it, but I ain't no fucking bussiness man, so from what I was able to decypher) it said that the US is stronger know.

And as for the importing seeds thing, no it's not legal. But you should be able to get away with it without too much difficulty.

I've talked to people who have bought seeds online. I think it actually is legal, as long as you 'grow the plants for hemp'.

The problem with buying seeds online is they're telling you you're buying "Sticky Skunk Purple Mixture # 14" when what you're really getting is "Normal Ass Weed Plant". But yea, it's still dank, so whatever tho.

Fuck im just might get reg seeds from my homies to grow my shit then.......... If its a rip off and its illegal ( my homies always said though that pigs couldint bust you for seeds?!?!?!?!?) i just wont do it. Any ways my girls on probation right now and i dont wanna fuck that up for her ya know..........

Dont matter if you go to mexico and turn ya 10 dollaz into one hundred pesos cuz they will still charge you the same amount.....i.e. i went to a club....it cost $12 or 120 pesos...so there aint no difference you spend the same.....only way you get a deal is if you go to small ass towns that aint tourists spots and you know spanish and fit in....cuz as long as they know you American they will try ta get ya cash.....another example....we went down to Puerto Peñasco (Roccy Point) for memorial weekend....on Memorial Day...the day most people drive home....the gas prices went up to 300 pesos or $3.00 per gallon...
they was like "you wanna go home??? it'll cost ya".......
