Which one is more difficult? I know there are many factors that my be taken into consideration, but overall......If you have a toddler and an infant at home, daycare can be really expensive.......Even if you have children in elementry school the daycare probably would have to pick them up......There has been some heated argument amongst my camp about this, so i thought i would take it here and see what other opinions may be about the situation.....

lol I don't I'm neither.. I'm not a parent..
so working single man.. is what I am...

I think if I was a parent.. then.. either working or stay at home..
parent would be hard.. cause kids don't listen... these days...
they just want to act crazy.. and eat.. Trix... and then shoot bb guns..
indoors.. they have to much energy... that could be used
for something useful.. lol

Sometimes. I feel like Master Splinter... from Ninja Turtles..
when he said.. "So much energy.. WASTED "

That's how I feel sometimes.. when I see children..
but their souls are so alive... something we lose as adults...
... people often lose that spark of life..
and don't laugh enough!!

ahahahah haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!

ha!

should the working parent be excused from housework, or should the working parent still help out around the house?

should they be excused?? NO!

Help out around the house because whatever the working parent does isn't as hard as staying home with trying to keep kids entertained, feed, etc...

Now like ecose said, if the working parnet is out pouring concrete all day or something then maybe they can be excused...but someone who has just a retail, computer, bank, etc job like that there is no reason at all they can't or shouldn't help out

Im my household aint no such thing as a stay at home parent! Fuck the bullshit! When the mother stays home to take care of a kid, they always get in that mood to talk shit about how much money the father is makin and complains that its not enough. I don't have to worry cause I have no babies. Just a 13 yr old stepdaughter who can watch herself and my wife makes more than me.

And about childcare: if there's 2 incomes in the household then there's no excuse not to be able to afford it.

if you have 3 kids daycare is expensive! And who really wants to have someone else raise thier kids, if one income allows for another parent to stay home?
