because Studio Time, Production, Engineering, Mixing, Mastering and Features are not FREE

do you really think he could afford to pay for all that on his own, to work in the million dollar studios they work in, and pay for the production and engineers they have? no, so now that he's not on the label, its not his, he didn't pay for it. he may have worked on it, it may be his creativity, but business wise, its not his.

Stat got the masters to that OG version but dosent have rights to release it so he was gonna leak the shady version couple years ago since it wont be released but interscope stopped that before it happened. Obie trice is in the same situation interscope wont let him drop or leak his bottoms up album that he completed with shady. So he recording a whole new album with teh same name

I was the same way several years ago when i first heard him but if you actually listen to his content and style he be spittin his azz off and lyrically can hang with anyone.
