Spokane,Wa. has the best crosswalk signals

SPOKANE, WA (KTVI - FOX2now.com) — A city crosswalk signal in Spokane, Washington has pedestrians and drivers doing a double take. Instead of flashing a red "Don't Walk" hand, the sign flashes just the middle finger. City officials say the weathr, not a hacker, is to blame for the amusing malfunction. They insist snow somehow packed into the sign, oscuring all but the raised middle finger.

A city spokesperson says the malfunction is clearly "unintentional."
