on some straight lyrical shit.. no gangbangin.. not a superthug and not Nick Cannon (no offense to anyone.. nick cannon I see you ahaa) just an average every day ass nigga with bars like Rass Kass.. I see niggas in the street credibility thread talking about not wanting the wrong type of dude to represent for dago when it blows.. so assuming it wont be one of the main niggas reppin right now to take dago to the next level first.. what do you guys think the reaction would be.

In that thread shits getting out of context, and people not really understanding the point...
There is no problem with a non gangbangin rapper on some lyrical shit reppin Dago.Im sure I speak for veryone in this department. The problem is in the gangsta rap department...there has to be credibility, and there needs to be rappers held accountable for how they carry themselves.I aint trying to put no rappers on blast...they all know who they are.So you aint gotta rap a certaon style...Just stay true to who you are....
and at this moment..yeah i like complex, and there are others who got potential like him,but aint none of them gonna make it if they aint makin better decisions with there careers. If a dago rap board aint heard of you...whether its good or bad then you aint promoting your career and might not be cut out for this...

AND HES NOT A GANG MEMBER, LIL NIGGA WENT TO COLLEGE AND CRADUATED........ YOU DONT GOT TO BE A CRIP OR BLOOD JUST BE A MAN AND HAVE SOME SAN DIEGO PRIDE AND REP THA TOWN RIGHT..........

INTHAVISUALS is a dope click.
theres alot of lyrical dudes on some shit in SD that could big it up.
Its true, but being a lyricist today in hip hop is what kriptonite is to superman....these rappers need to step outside there circle and network...that goes for everyone else as well..

I honestly don't give a damn as long as SD's on the map. Once this happens it'll be a flood gate for Dago artists; gangsters, backpackers, punchline rappers, whatever.
I feel the same way, as long as Dago gets put on the map big, people are gonna hear a lot of shit they been missin. Dago is what I follow, even here all the way up in Wisconsin. I spread the word as much as I can too, tellin everyone when Mitchy album is gonna drop, anything from Dago.

Man O' man... Dago got talent coming from all angles... I'm here in New York right now with a few dago mixtapes (that I made) let niggas know the bizness... You see, to me... It really doesnt matter who gets on... Whether you banged the fuck out or could spit a hole through a beat... As long as the doors open... I mean... The way I see it... dago is already on... we're already creating an industry within ourselves and getting independent money to make major moves in the near future... I would love to see a Lyrical nigga get on as well as a gansta nigga as well as a jiggy club nigga... cuz WE got all that... As long as niggas come with it, and let the game know that we aint playing is all good... Gansta shit aint gonna get love everywhere... Hip Hop shit aint gonna get love everywhere... So we flood they ass... THEY CANT DENY US!!!

There are a million gangsta rappers out there, so if your doing gangsta rap you better be doing something special. There are NOT a million MCs in California. I would love to see someone bring something different to the table, because hip hop these days is just not doing it for me anymore.

I say just make the music you want and fuck what the next nigga has to say about it because no matter what, your gonna catch hate. Gangsta or Square. Thats just part of the game. I can almost garantee you that the 1st nigga from daygo to go platinum is gonna be looked at the same way Nick Cannon is on this board. He's either gonna be too commercial, a sell-out, or something embarrassing that happened to him in the past is gonna keep getting brought up everytime his name is mentioned. Even our top rappers who dont even have a deal gets hated on by niggas from our city so imagine how niggas is gonna act when they start winning Grammys and shit.
