Yep, Jive stole him from Triad Records after the "Let It Be Known" EP and took some tracks from that, added shit and dropped the debut.

Fa sho, "187 He Wrote" was a close second. All the rest, especially "AmeriKKKa's Nightmare" and "Black Bossalini" have great moments, but really ain't front to end consistent.
