He also spoke about his collabo album with MC Eiht, the Game Bangers album, the deal about his Pac track on the Ressurection soundtrack where they took him, his upcoming solo album and much much more.

tight.... that one part when he talked about how labels know how many albums will be sold is absolutely true... i worked at universal and they have this dept that estimates first week sales... they are really good at what they do...

Man, good shit...my eyes hurt after reading that but it was good reading. I always respected Spice 1 as an artist and I've always liked what he puts out there. Reading this interview makes me respect him 100x more than I already did because he is absolutely right on with everything that he said there!!

Now all I gotta do is get that $2500 so I can FINALLY work with dude!!

this was the best part of his interview

" People stop caring about the things that are important like that. Like what the people want. They stop caring about the people. They start learning about how much money was going to be made. They stop caring, they don’t give a fuck what the people want to be played on the radio, they just want the money off of the game cause they blood suckas. They suck everything they can out of the rap game and move on without even putting nothing back into it. Without carin about the wounds that they made or the consequences of they decisions you know what I’m sayin. They some blood suckin mutha fuckas who don’t care about the industry. They don’t care about the game themselves, they let the game die as far as they concerned as long as they got their money outta it. "

spice be so on point with his shit, to bad he often over looked, and under appreciated!!!

"You know we all scrambling, you know right now the westcoast is all spread out so we all scrambling right now ya know. It’s like the money is low, we runnin around scrambling for chicken scratch. There’s really no money out here for us, but we all here scrambling around tryina make a million dollars and nobody’s stickin together, so its hard for me to find them type of cats cause they out doin other things, doin they own shit. So I can’t really count on that shit"

Great interview. Spice doesn't pull any punches. I especially liked what he said about how the West has NEVER "fallen off." And his statement that the media has brainwashed people into THINKING that the street shit is "played out" was right on (LOL @ his "Caliban" statement. Real talk)...

Hope things work out for him, and that the projects that he mentioned can come out (I'm especially intrigued about that project w/ MC Eiht).

PEACE!
