Would you rather be cremated or Buried?

Personally to save my family money and even more grief through the payments of burying me I'd rather be cremated.

I want to be cremated because I don't want to take up space on earth once I'm gone. I want my family and friends to remember how I was, I don't want their last memory of me to be me getting buried in the ground.

Plus I could be made into a carbon diamond

you are the last person I'd expect to be cremated.....isn't that a sin or someshit? :cheeky: shit, everything else is.....

funerals are too expensive, I'd be cremated. I wouldn't want someone pissing on my grave or someshit like that :ermm: plus how else am I gonna get reincarnated if I'm not cremated 3 days later?

Creamate my fat ass and do whatever with the ashes, I really don't give a shit.

My dad has been gone for 10 years (this Oct.). He never liked talking about death or anything of that nature. On the day he passed, we had to decide what to do.

On a side note: My dad confessed to me (once) about the fear of being buried alive, but if it was up to him and possible, he'd want to be here at home...so we had him creamated and have his ashes.

I see it like this: we are the ones that are left here on this earth and have to deal with fuckin' bills etc etc...

The honest truth, the world don't stop & morn with ya. They want their money, period.

Take the cheapest route or the route you feel fit, but no matter what you choose...it won't bring your loved one back.

Right now Im undecided. Im thinking cremation and dispersal of the ashes, cuz I dont want no one to be burdoned with it. But that shit is expensive.
ITS CHEAPER TO CREMATE FOOL. ITS 4-5 HUNDRED TO CREMATE, THOUSANDS FOR FUNERAL

Exactly, the URN is expensive maybe about 200-300 but total it's should be less than a thousand depending on how conservative you are. IT doesn't really matter how fancy my cremation burial is dispersion is, I'll be gone and waiting.

Funerals costs:Service, 2000 dollar Casket, almost as much as 6-8 thousand!

Ah ok. Most likely cremation then, since that's what I was goin for anyway. The whole thing with the boat taking you out to scatter it is expensive. I remember it was expensive for just ONE person to go and scatter the ashes themselves. All the charges were ridiculous. It's better to just scatter it yourself.

the casket alone usually is more than cremation.

where's troll to clear these things up....

for the most part tombstones, burial grounds, and urns are for the living to remember the dead and have a place to continue mourning.

i'd just like to be somewhere away from people..like the savanna or the desert or the jungle or something..but not cremated..and frankly, it would be kind of cool to be cannibalized

the burning of my body seems like some metaphor to hell..and im not religious..but that dont seem like the right move for me
