Who has seen this? I just watched it last night and was thinking how much it felt like Donnie Darko...come to find out, same directory....only about as half as effective, however. Too long, too jumbled, and some of the performances were "meh" at best.

Like Donnie Darko, the soundtrack was good though.

I seen this a few times.. I thought it was creative. with the whole 5 second time lapsed shit. and the drug they had him on was trippy. I need some of that. There was whole lot of hidden messages in the movie to me. the acting was alright. hard to take MADtv & SNL characters serious for an actual movie

I thought the Rock was all over the place...not exactly sure what message the director was trying to portray, but it failed miserably.

Sean William Scott was good as a serious role for once and i like the narraiton my Justin (who i think is a good actor).

I didnt even notice the fat bearded dude was Kevin Smith until the end.

Donnie Darko is one of my favorite movies so I was excited to see this and thought it was only decent.

He tried to do too many things in the movie. If he would have cut some stuff out and focused it some more it could have been really good.

Apparently, the OG cut that got shown Cannes, was fuckin AWFUL. The one we got is revamped ALOT.
