if you're serious, holler@me when you get into town, and you can get a tour.
24th and fruitridge is COOL because its a central location. schools are by there, freeways, churches, resturants, parks, etc....in other words, an established area with lots of families. a majority the cribs in that area were constructed in the 40's and 50's, and that means sound structures, and big plots.
the further you go down 24th towards meadowview, the more hood it gets. not meaning that in a negative way, but in a real way. more hood type stores and businesses, and although the houses are semi similar, they've been thru it......AND I LOVE IT!! but that's just me.
with any crib, you have to physically go to the area and see what's best for you and your fam.
on meadowview, there is alot of new tract homes, and also on mack and franklin.....new homes, same hoods though, na mean?

South Sac iz highly overratted az far "Hood shit" goes. Certain parts are still hood but a lot of it aint. Thiz 2007 not 1991. The hoodz out here don't crack off like they use to. If your going 2 be movin' 2 Sac then I would suggest that u look in another part of town. South Sac iz WACK. There iz nothin in South Sac but a few car dealer ships & a fuckin Wal-Mart.

Movie theater-There iz none in S.Sac
They've shut down the lil things that South Sac had & made it into a big azz nothin. I would do a little bit of research if I were u homie. I love in South Sac & I'm trying 2 move away from thiz area.
If u got the money & want live in the South try the city of Elk Grove & Laguna. It lookz very nice out there & there building new shit everyday. They tear down shit in Sout Sac & don't replace it with shit.

If you're looking for affordable renting in an alright neighborhood, try the El Camino/Watt area or the Arden/Arcade area.... alot of shit around there, an I think the pricing's pretty cool if you look around a little bit.. Plus, Its not too far from Sac State even tho traffic can be a bitch... hope this helps
