24th and fruitridge is COOL because its a central location. schools are by there, freeways, churches, resturants, parks, etc....in other words, an established area with lots of families. a majority the cribs in that area were constructed in the 40's and 50's, and that means sound structures, and big plots.
the further you go down 24th towards meadowview, the more hood it gets. not meaning that in a negative way, but in a real way. more hood type stores and businesses, and although the houses are semi similar, they've been thru it......AND I LOVE IT!! but that's just me.
with any crib, you have to physically go to the area and see what's best for you and your fam.
on meadowview, there is alot of new tract homes, and also on mack and franklin.....new homes, same hoods though, na mean?
