download this program called SWF Catcher. It takes flash files from websites and breaks them open.. You can then export the sounds out of them into a specific folder.... then go to this site... http://www.soundrangers.com/sound-categories.cfm?cat_template=sound they got all kind of soundeffects inside of flash files on the site. and you can jack all the sounds out of em for free. works really well.
