Um maybe everyone over @ ur house & ur mama listened to it but that shit was never allowed under my roof.
I'm not knocking Soulja Boys hustle cuz he did what he had to do to eat but all of that shucking & jiving, cooning wasn't cool. This nigga needs to go around in black face make up cuz he's trying to bamboozal the public with his cooning.
He has no real history about rap & further proves that youngstas are all about the new & don't know the history of the profession that they entered.
Ice has his opinion but he could of called out more names then just Soulja Boy. I honestly never heard of Soulja Boy until the song was like a couple months old. A bitch came by my crib & wanted to watch the BET Hip Hop Awards. I don't watch that shit but I turned it on anyways. Soulja Boy performs & I'm like "who the fuck is this clown". If I didn't watch BET that night I would of gone a lot longer w/o ever knowing who this kid is. I don't watch none of that shit so I can go months w/o knowing who any of these mainstream rappers are.

Soulja Boy is NOT right. Hip Hop and rap are social commentary. Whether it's backpack rap or gangsta rap. Whether they try to enlighten or tell it how it is.
