Anyone purchase it yet? I got the XBOX version yesterday, Spawn (who is exclusive to XBOX, PS2 gets Heihachi of Tekken, and Gamecube gets Link from Legend of Zelda) got some nice moves, that one throw where he tosses you into the air and hits you with that green fire, that's the shit, his air fire ball move is good also, takes away damn near half your life. The gameplay is crisp and the graphics are solid, this has got to be one of my favorite games of all time...

ps2 got the ass end of the exclusive charecters,heihachi is a pretty weak addition,especially considering he doesnt even have a weapon.cant wait to play that shit though

Yeah, Spawn is the shit, his animations are very fluid, and his moves are everything you'd expect from a HellSpawn. his behind the back axe swing is cool as well, actually, everyone in the game is perfect, some of the best graphics I've seen in any game, the music also has that epic feel to it, and the gameplay of course is top notch, this game is a must have for any system...

I pick Spawn and Mitsurugi mostly, and I always make victims out of those who dare challenge me, once the axe or the katana swings, it's all over...

I got this game like 3 months ago (Japan).
Playin as Spawn's pretty dope.

What I don't like about the game is that Namco didn't take advantage of the Xbox to hype up the graphics a bit.
All 3 versions are practically the same which sucks because the graphics on the first Soul Calibur for the Dreamcast are almost as good as this new one.



It's funny that the very first fighting game on the Xbox still has the best graphics over any other fighting game after it.
DOA 3 still kicks ass....
You can patch it too, got my girls fighting in their birthday suits hahaha...

as for the game, i can't wait to flip it, i had that shit for dreamcast and it's the 2nd best fighting game ever (next to street fighter 2 of course) IMO...part 2 looks dope as fuck...

i just bought it on friday night and played it for only 10 minutes because i had to get up early for work on saturday morning. But it is a tight game though. I have the ps2, it would of been tighter if spawn was on it.
